Refund policy

Return Policy: There is a 20% restocking fee on all orders other than damaged items as listed below and items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. If you are exchanging for another pair, you will not incur the 20% restocking fee. Customers must obtain an RMA number (Return Authorization Number) prior to sending items back. If you do not obtain an RMA number, L&M Bling will not be responsible for ensuring the proper credit is made.

Return Policy: DAMAGED ITEMS - We personally inspect every item that we ship out. However, some of our pieces have hundreds of stones. If your item arrives damaged or you have missing items from your order, it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving package.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Bling boots and shoes are non-refundable. Damaged items must be returned in original packaging, unused and packed in the original box with copy of invoice within 5 (five) days of receipt of package.

If you paid by credit card (PayPal), a refund will be made to the credit card charged.
