Shipping and Return Policy

How much is shipping?

 

L&M Bling uses USPS First Class Ground Advantage Mail with tracking. This service results in domestic service in 3-6 business days based on where your package starts and where it’s being sent. *Please note that although these delivery times are what the USPS state, they are not guaranteed. This service is provided at a flat rate of $6.00 no matter how many items you purchase and ships next day except for weekends. 

At checkout we also offer USPS Priority Mail which offers faster delivery within 1-3 business days.  *Please note that although these delivery times are what the USPS state, they are not guaranteed. This service is provided at a flat rate of $12.00 no matter how many items you purchase and ships next day except for weekends. 

We do offer other guaranteed expedited shipping services you may need through other carriers. 

We are unable to post prices for additional expedited options such as FedEx given that our products are shipped from all over the USA. So you may have 3 items in your cart and they may be coming from 3 different locations.  Please use our contact form at the bottom of any of our web pages to provide the items you are interested in and a COMPLETE address, and we will provide you a quote for same.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are closed on the weekends and do not ship on the weekends. 

 

What is your return policy?

 

Return Policy: There is a 20% restocking fee on all orders other than damaged items as listed below and items must be returned within five (5) days of receipt. If you are exchanging for another pair, you will not incur the 20% restocking fee. Customers must obtain an RMA number (Return Authorization Number) prior to sending items back. If you do not obtain an RMA number, L&M Bling will not be responsible for ensuring the proper credit is made.



Return Policy:  DAMAGED ITEMS - 

At L&M Bling, each piece of our jewelry is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the delicate nature of our designs, it’s not uncommon for a stone or two to shift during shipping. For a quick fix, we recommend using E6000 glue for a secure hold. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help and ensure your piece is as perfect as intended!

Please note, damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving package.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged items must be returned with copy of invoice within 5 (five) days of receipt of package.

If you paid by credit card (PayPal), a refund will be made to the credit card charged.

What are my payment options?

 

All payments are processed through PayPal.
If you need to use a credit card, complete the check out process through PayPal. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account  Once you are at Paypal.com, follow the link below the PayPal login prompt to enter your credit card information and complete your order transaction.

 

Caring for your jewelry:

 

All earrings are hand made by designers. It is possible that jewels may come loose during shipping. The designer recommends E6000 glue (available at any local store) for getting any loose stones back where they belong.

Do not use hair spray around or on your bling jewelry, it will dull the finish.
